We rent two apartments situated in Ustka - maritime resort, at the beautiful apartmenthood "On the Dune". It is 5 minutes far from the Baltic sea and stunning, sandy and lifeguard protected beach. Besides the perfect microclimate, Ustka offers to holiday-makers various attractions, like walk through the promenade, restaurants serving traditional local dishes and seasonal events (fireworks show, concerts, picnics). For those who want to rest in more exciting way, there are paintball, smack cruises, fishing cruises, motorboat cruises, windsurfing, kitesurfing and horseriding. To our guests we offer two double roomed, new and fully equipped apartments located in western part of the town. Few steps away from the dunes and the forest. All blocks in the neighbourhood have lifts, which make life easier to handicaped and aged people.  Prices in polish zloty per night.
Payment and deposit policy: 1. Initial booking is made on the phone or through an e-mail. When the appointed time is confirmed, we require 20% deposit upon booking. In the case you can not fulfill your holiday, you have opportunity to arrange a new date; otherwise your deposit will not be refundable. 2. Children under the age of 3 do not require any additional payment. 3. The rest of amount of the rent is payed by cash on arrival. 4. Our apartments are available from the 3p.m. on the day of arrival to 12a.m. on the day of departure. 5. You are welcomed by staff, who deals with you cash settlement on exchange of keys. 6. We kindly ask our guest to confirm their identity with document. 7. On the arrival we charge damage deposit, fully refundable on checkout, assuming there is not occurred breakage to the apartments. 8. The price regards only the rent. We do not provide with food, transport responsibility for your own belongings left in apartments,etc. 9. We kindly require animals are not permitted in the apartments. 10. Please, be advised, that apartments must not be used as the part of further rental transaction or number of guests exceed the maximum agreed on your booking form. 11. Any problems or complaints should be made directly to the staff, who will respond in a timely manner to rectify the problem as soon as possibly. 12.
